On May 30, 2022, the Chinese Banking Association of Hong Kong (the “Association”) convened the Board meeting at conference room of 67/F Bank of China Tower. Chairman Sun Yu presided over the meeting. The Board considered and approved the proposal to convene the 2022 Annual General Meeting on June 28; the Association and Specialized Committee 2021 work reports, the key work plans and financial budget for 2022. The Board also considered and approved other proposals, which were submitted to the Annual General Meeting for approval: including audited financial statements for 2021 and relevant reports; re-appointment of Ernst & Young as the auditor for 2022.
