On June 3, 2024, the Chinese Banking Association of Hong Kong (the“Association”) convened the 2024 Annual General Meeting. Mr XU Haifeng from BOCHK presided over the meeting. The meeting considered and approved the audited financial statements of the Association for 2023 and relevant reports; re-appointment of Ernst & Young as the external auditor for 2024 and approved other proposals. The 2023 work report and the 2024 key work plans were also delivered in the meeting. Representatives of 7 committees also briefed members on their work at the meeting.
