Vice Chairman of the CPPCC National Committee and HKSAR Chief Executive, Mr. Leung Chun-ying, and the Deputy Director of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government in the HKSAR, Ms. Qiu Hong, officiated at the forum. The Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Mr. Gregory So; the Chairman of the Hong Kong Chinese Enterprises Association and the Chinese Banking Association of Hong Kong, Mr. Yue Yi; the Permanent Secretary for Commerce and Economic Development, Mr. Philip Yung; the Director-General of the Economic Affairs Department of the LOCPG in HKSAR, Mr. Sun Xiangyi; the Acting Director-General of Investment Promotion, Mr. Francis Ho; the Chairman of the Chinese Securities Association of Hong Kong, Mr. Tan Yueheng; and the Deputy Director-General of Economic Affairs Department and Head of the Commercial Office of the Liaison Office of the Central People’s Government (LOCPG) in the HKSAR, Mr. Liu Yajun jointly officiated at the toasting ceremony. The Acting Director-General of Investment Promotion Mr. Francis Ho and the Chairman of the Chinese Banking Association of Hong Kong Mr. Yue Yi delivered welcome addresses, while Chief Executive Mr. Leung Chun-ying addressed the forum. Chief Executive Mr. Leung Chun-ying and Deputy Director Ms. Qiu Hong dotted the eyes of the golden dragon to celebrate the Chinese New Year 2017.
